Soya Beans Can Reduce Sperm Count

Eating too many soya products such as tofu can have a serious effect on a man's fertility, according to a new study.

Men who ate an average of half a serving of soya food a day had lower concentrations of sperm than those who did not.

Scientists found that even a small amount of soya products, including meat and dairy substitutes, may have a significant impact on sperm count.
Soya compounds called isoflavones, which mimic the female sex hormone oestrogen, are thought to be behind the effect.

Sperm count ranges between 80 and 120 million sperm per millilitre (million/ml) of semen for normal healthy men.

But researchers found that those with the highest soya intake had average counts of 41 million/ml lower than those of men who did not consume soya products.

The foods in question included tofu, tempeh, soy sausages, bacon, burgers and mince, soy milk, cheese, yoghurt and ice cream, and other soya products such as roasted nuts, drinks, powders and energy bars.

Then EAT WHAT ?!?!?! Please lor even Monks eat tofu and drink soya, then like this be robot charge battery better. Oh ya monk doesn't need sperms :X HAHAHAHA

Overweight men may be extra affected because their bodies produce more oestrogen than slimmer people, the researchers believe.

The scientists addressed the obvious question of why Asian men, who eat large amounts of soya, still appear to be fertile. <-- Is it good or bad? or are they hoping Asians to be infertile?

What is GMO?
A GMO is a genetically modified organism (also called "genetically engineered"): a plant, animal, or microorganism that is created by means that overcome natural boundaries. Genetic engineering involves crossing species that could not breed in nature. For example, genes from a fish have been placed in strawberries and tomatoes.

Well genes from a fish inside strawberries and tomatoes meaning we will grow fins and gills after eating mass strawberries and can swim underwater is it?
Lols. But i think it's violating the natural organisms' intrinsic values and going against nature @@.
