Old attap houses my grandfather and grandmother lived in.
Saw that old fashioned mercedes benz?? It belongs to my 1st uncle after he completed his poly education at SP the family shared to buy a car for business and family outings. Heard they drove this car to the zoo, zomg granny + grandpa + 4 bros and 2 sis? wa sibei eh sai squeeze hor?
Went to my cousin's house after praying for my grandmother and ancestors. I was surprised to see my aunt actually used charcoal to boil sugarcane water + water chestnut. Although she didn't add any rock sugar but the taste from the sugarcane itself and the water chestnut smells so so good. In addition, it's charcoal-boiled not gas-boiled. ( Sibei PANG !!)
After cutting a few slices of pandan leaves, I went home. ( was thinking, pandan leaves should be in pandan gardens, anyhow pluck a few from my neighbourhood lor :x )
