Such cases requst to change / update National Identity Number is handled only by a case-by-case basis. Hence, you may not be guaranteed to be able to successfully change your identification number.
For Singapore Base player
Please visit our Customer Service Centre with your National Identity / Student Pass (with photo) /NRIC to do an escalation request. The case will have to be escalated to higher management. Do note that the decision is final, on a case-by-case basis. No appeal or further request will be entertained.
